Answers to Frequently Asked Tenant Questions
Rent is due on the first day of every month. However, we understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable. That's why we give you a grace period until the 3rd.
We accept rental payments via direct deposit or check.
Maintenance requests can be submitted via the tenant portal.
You are required to give us 60 days’ notice before vacating the property. Our office will contact you 90-120 days before your lease expiration and will send you a renewal letter if applicable.
